A Houston woman says a ticket sales company treated her unfairly because her son is handicapped.
Angela Ruiz says she was buying tickets online at ticket-master-dot-com for the Ringling Brothers and Barnham and Bailey circus at Reliant Stadium.
She claims that even though she had a coupon for a discount on children’s tickets, she was charged full price because her 12-year-old son is in a wheel chair.
