With all that you probably have going on in your life right now, why in the world should you give a hoot about whether or not your name is in heaven’s reservation book? Well….for one thing….every breath you take is given to you by Almighty God. When He decides to “turn off your oxygen” so to speak, that will be it. Why wait until it’s too late to make the most important reservation you could ever make?
What is this “reservation book” anyway? And why does my name need to be in it? God’s Word describes the entrance into heaven and the book this way: “Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.” (Revelation 21:27)
