According to officials, a man is accused of stealing flowers from a grave site.
The man from Manvel has been charged with theft after a woman recorded him on her cellphone stealing flowers from a Houston cemetery.
Reports indicate that Tom Chau stole flowers from the Forest Park Cemetery on Lawndale and Esperanza Street back on July 11.
Two women said they were visiting grave sites when they noticed the flowers they placed on the graves were gone. Those two women said that they captured footage of the man stealing flowers from the grave sites and placing the flowers in his van.
The women turned the video over to police and authorities then traced the van to Chau. He was arrested and his bail was set at $2,000.
