As the first season of CBS’ daytime chat show “The Talk” enters the rear view mirror, co-host Holly Robinson Peete talks about how the series fit perfectly into her busy lifestyle.
“I’ve been on TV as an actress for almost 30 years, going on 30 years since ‘21 Jump Street,’ but in my role as a mom of four, all I do all day is talk about mom stuff. So this was a natural fit,” she told us. “I’m not going to lie. I love the schedule. I can go pick my kids up. After we shoot, I can go get my kids from school. You know, I can be present as a mother. So it was just a jackpot for me personally to have a job, and opportunity to do a job like this.
