The National Emancipation Association’s 38th Annual Juneteenth Parade is the longest running parade honoring African Americans freedom, featuring Floats, Western Wagons, Trail Riders and Marching Bands from Houston’s area high schools. The parade is hosted by the National Emancipation Association, Inc. a non-profit organization.
