Fiesta and Praise 92.1 are back at it again, Seafood Friday’s at Fiesta are kicking off the summer right. Last Friday the Praise team blessed Fiesta shoppers with a $10 gift card and a Praise t-shirt after they purchased 4lbs of seafood. Praise 92.1 was in attendance at the 2011 Houston International Festival. This annual multicultural event displays arts, food, and history from many different cultures from across the world. Check out some pictures of the Praise team blessing people as the toured iFest.
May 5, 2011, Americans came together for the 60th observance of a National Day of Prayer. National Day of Prayer is an annual day of observance held on the first Thursday of May, designated by the United States Congress, when people are asked "to turn to God in prayer.” The Praise 92.1 family visited Missouri City’s, and Houston’s, National Day of Prayer ceremonies. Sometimes God will put us in the right place at the right time, and that’s exactly what happened to a few Praise 92.1 listeners this week. By listening to Praise 92.1 listeners were able to find the Praise team in the streets of Houston. Last month’s Avon breast cancer walk was truly a blessing. Hundreds of people came out to support the cause of helping find a cure for breast cancer. Check out some of the photos of the Praise 92.1 Family at the event.
