Fallbrook church, 12512 Walters Rd. kicked off their Vacation Bible School with a bang by hosting their annual VBS Carnival. The Fallbrook campus was filled with food, fun, and games for all. This past weekend Trin-i-tee 5:7 appeared live at the HEB in Pearland for their CD release signing and mini concert. Music World presented the new highly anticipated album “Angel and Chanelle” that features the smash single “Over and Over” which is in stores now. Praise 92.1’s Robert “Praiseman” Washington and J.Cook entertained Trin-i-tee 5:7 fans with tons of Praise 92.1 prizes and a large giveaway of a family 4pack to Schlitterbahn Galveston. Forest Lawn Missionary Baptist Church in association with the Houston Food Bank held a community fair this past weekend. The fair consisted of free food, fun, and prizes for all. A variety of organizations signed community members up for free summer programs. Community members all had the opportunity to be blessed by the Houston Food Bank by signing up and receiving free food at the event. Check out some photos from this great event.
The Perfecting Love Family Church in Humble held there Annual Fair and Bazaar this past weekend. The Bazaar was filled with a variety of venders promoting unique, quality products. Marriage is not something you sit on the shelf when things go wrong but something you have to work at in order to maintain success. The Two Hearts to One Love Marriage Ministry is doing just that. The Marriage Ministry founded by Charles and Edean Poe hosted a Marriage walk. Couples came together to walk with one another and discuss problems in their relationship, and how they could fix them thru love and prayer.
The Praise 92.1 Team visited Black Elementary School on their career day to inspire students to achieve in their studies. The Praise Team also gave Black students a presentation about the functions of a career in radio. After viewing the presentation many students voiced that they want to one day pursue a career in radio. Check out some photos from this inspirational event.
