James Fortune is releasing his first book today!
Titled Destiny Derailed: How to Get Your Life Back on Track by Leveraging your Past and Repurposing your Pain into Power, the book covers Fortune’s tumultuous 2014 in which he found healing and restoration following a very publicized divorce and public scrutiny.
The book states, “Destiny Derailed aids in giving its readers the encouragement and biblical foundation needed to navigate any tough situation by seeking and believing in God’s promises.” It also effectively teaches how to get back on God’s destiny path after dealing with major life derailments such as loss, divorce, rejection, suicide attempts, and much more.
Fortune has had a blissful 2018. He welcomed a newborn baby with his new wife and his latest album, The Collection hit No. 1 on the Billboard Gospel Charts.
