President Obama will be in Texas tomorrow. He’s scheduled to first stop in El Paso to deliver a speech focusing on immigration. The White House says he will address the “broken immigration system” and “America’s 21st century economic and security needs.” The President is then set to board Air Force One to Austin for a pair of Democratic National Committee fundraising events.
