Hollywood’s “golden it girl” is dressing up her resume with a clothing line.  “Women’s Wear Daily” reports that 88-year-old “Golden Girls” star Betty White will launch her own line of T-shirts and hoodies for a fundraising effort next month.  Through a licensing deal with Van Nuys, California-based manufacturer Jerry Leigh Apparel, White is lending her image to the tees and pullovers to help raise money for the Morris Animal Foundation.  The actress is a trustee for the animal health organization.  The shirts include White’s face cast in black-and-white with her first name outlined in red.  The Betty White T-Shirts will retail for 28-dollars while the hoodies will have a 48-dollar price tag.

Scene-stealer White has enjoyed renewed popularity in recent years with a number of film roles, a Facebook-fueled guest host spot on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” and her new TV Land sitcom “Hot In Cleveland.”  Later this year, White will appear in the comedy “You Again” with Jamie Lee Curtis, Sigourney Weaver and Kristen Bell.  The movie is due out on September 24th
