Summary:

The Gospel of Christ is the power of God, which is responsible for our healing, deliverance, preservation, wholeness, and prosperity. God’s Word is the source of His power. Faith and the Word of God cannot be separated. As Believers, we must learn to live by faith, starting with making the Word our final authority in life.

1. Christians must not be ashamed of their beliefs (Romans 1:16, 17).
   1. The Gospel is the Good News Jesus proclaimed on the Earth.
   2. The Gospel is the power of God.
   3. Power is the ability to get results.
   4. God uses His Word to get results.
   5. The Gospel transforms our lives.
2. God is upholding all things by the Word of His power (Hebrews 1:3).
   1. God’s Word is His power.
   2. Salvation is a benefit of the Gospel.
   3. Salvation is not limited to being born again.
      1. The Word of God is the power that brings about healing, deliverance, preservation, protection, wholeness, soundness, and the born again experience.
   4. You can only receive the benefits of salvation by faith.
      1. You must believe you have obtained these things.
   5. The Word must be your anchor.
      1. Whenever the enemy attacks you, go to the Word first.
      2. The Word will anchor your soul so you do not become fearful.
