Following recent reports that he was in the process of "transitioning" in his longtime battle with colon cancer, it's now been confirmed that Gregg Leakes, husband of reality star NeNe Leakes, has unfortunately passed away today at the age of 66 years old.
Gregg was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2018 and had previously told doctors he wasn't afraid to die.
