On Wednesday, June 24, Bobbi Kristian’s boyfriend Nick Gordon, was hit with a lawsuit for $10 million by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Court Appointed Representative. The lawsuit claims that Gordon, stole money and physically abused her.
Both TMZ and the Associated Press are reporting that the lawsuit was filed in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, and claims it was common practice for Gordon to transfer money from Bobbi’s account into his account. This also includes an $11,000 deposit that was made into his account while she was still in a coma.
TMZ, also obtained documents that claims that Gordon beat Bobbi Kristina regularly and on one occasion dragged “her upstairs by her hair.” TMZ documents also alleged that he also punched her in the face and knocked out a front tooth.
Additionally for Gordon to misrepresent that he was Brown’s ‘husband’ is believed now was a way to control Bobbi and limit her communications with others in addition to answering her cell phone.
The lawsuit against Gordon came on the same day when Bobbi Kristina was moved to a hospice care facility after being in a coma for almost five months.
It was on January 31st when Bobbi Kristina was found face-down in a bathtub in her Atlanta home.
