(HOUSTON, TX)— A 16-year-old girl is honored by the City Of Houston and her church for saving a toddler‘s life.

Last year on Christmas Eve, Jaelin Noel discovered that a man and his four-year-old girl were thrown from a pickup truck in a crash.  Just one day after getting her CPR certification, Noel sprung into action and resuscitated the little girl.

Yesterday [Sunday] at New Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, the church and city proclaimed it Jaelin Noel day.
