Two puppies left in a trash bag on the side of the road in Montgomery County are rescued. Sherri Bessire’s sister was driving on King Oak road when she spotted the bag. The puppies were taken to the Montgomery County Animal Shelter. A shelter vet says the puppies appeared healthy and they’re currently looking for a foster home for both. Meantime, the trash bag the puppies were found in has been turned over to the Sheriff’s Office’s crime lab where they’ll attempt to get fingerprints.
