The world’s largest aircraft is scheduled to arrive from Germany and land at Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport Wednesday from Frankfurt, Germany. The aircraft holds up to 526 passengers. The Lufthansa A380 is a one-of-a-kind airbus that offers passengers state of the art accommodations and world class service and style.

Back in December, Lufthansa announced that it will be the first airline to offer scheduled Airbus A380 service to Texas. Daily A380 flights between Houston and Frankfurt begin Wednesday.

The Lufthansa A380 aircraft is not only the world’s largest aircraft but offers passengers a significantly quieter flight. The airbus also has reduced fuel consumption and lower emission levels.

The First Class, Business Class and Economy Class areas of the aircraft offer passengers style and tremendous room to move about.

An A380 Houston Party is scheduled to be held on Wednesday from noon to 2 p.m. at FM 1960 just east of Farell Road. Guests will have a view of the plane landing on the runway.

Prizes are also slated to be apart of the festivities, including two trips to Germany on board the A380.
