Thirty-nine-year-old Michael Oshay Hudson is a former worker and co-owner of the Shoelaces Learning Center and now has been arrested and charged with indecency with a child. Court documents indicate that on June 1, 2008, Hudson engaged in a sexual act with a seven-year-old boy who attended the day care.
Hudson’s ex-wife, who wished to remain anonymous, said she and Hudson were married for 17 years and that she never imagined he was capable of such an act. The victim who was seven-years-old at the time of the incident told his mother that he was being punished by Hudson and was forced to stay inside while the other kids went out to play. Hudson who was alone with the boy, went into a room and that is then when the incident occurred.
Further details indicate that the young boy told his mother shortly after the assault occurred but his cries for help reportedly went unnoticed by his mother. The young victim reportedly then turned to an older sibling to share the details of the assault. Charges were filed against Hudson on May 29, 2012 and he was reportedly being held at the Harris County Jail on $30,000 bond.
