Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office reveals more details about the disappearance of a nine-year-old boy.

Amsal Dhuka was last seen getting off the school bus after leaving Lakeview Elementary yesterday afternoon. At 6 a.m., deputies converged on the Islamic center near the intersection off Corporate and Dairy Ashford. The third grader was found safe and unharmed.

Sheriff Milton Wright said, “The young man is currently being interviewed at the Child Advocate center. He appears to be in good health.”  The sheriff added, “The boy says he was in the car all night.” There was a phone call made through some family members. The sheriff maintains someone had information who was not forthcoming.

The search continues for the woman last seen with Amsal. She is 34-year-old Kismat Momin. She lives in the same complex, Landmark Apartments, on FM 1464. She drives a 2010 red Toyota corolla with Texas plates CC X097. The Sheriff confirms Momin is the one who dropped off the child.

The children on the bus also provided a description of a balding white man with a thin build.
