Crime Stoppers and HPD hope the public can identify the suspect who robbed and attacked an elderly man. Roland “Darby” Suiter, 84, was in his home in the 3400 block of Roseland. The suspects took a large amount of cash. Investigators believe someone knew the man had a large sum of cash in his house.
Suiter was a musician in the US Navy. Since the November assault, Suiter has been at TIRR but continues to struggle to recover. He has lost the ability to walk and talk.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $30,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and charges.
