Bishop T.D. Jakes, who’s been hailed as America’s most popular preacher by Time magazine, has signed a distribution deal between his Dallas-based Dexterity Sounds recording label and the Universal Music Christian Group.

The first project under the new agreement will be the much-anticipated follow-up to Bishop Jakes’ nearly gold-selling 1999 Sacred Love Songs (Island Records) CD that featured R&B diva Shirley Murdock and platinum recording artist, Pastor Marvin Sapp.
