While Vickie Winans has been dubbed “The Hardest Working Woman In Gospel Music”, the male counterpart for that moniker could EASILY be awarded to Deitrick Haddon.Since 1995, Haddon has released 10 albums, including six with his group Voices of Unity. Not a bad feat for 13 years in the business. Now Haddon returns with his fifth solo effort titled Revealed, which continues to establish Haddon as a major force within urban music.

On the heels of the Haddon’s 7 Days release from 2006, Haddon amasses a 15-track body of work that highlights the depth of his vocal dexterity and strength of musical presentation.Haddon continues to partner with the production team of Tim & Bob on the project. In addition, Haddon enlists an all-star production team to take things in a new musical direction. Amongst the bevy of producers are the famed Percy Bady, who handles the gorgeous ballad “The Word”, Gerald Haddon (”Don’t Take Your Spirit Away”, “I Need Your Help”), and Warryn Campbell (”I’m Alive”, “Go With Me”).Haddon fuses significantly more pop and rock influences onto his song offerings. While these vibes have been hinted at in some of Haddon’s previous outings, he leans into them a little more heavily here, and it really works, as the Detroit-born vocalist delivers exceptionally authentic sound backdrops for his culturally relevant message.
