The suicide letter was found from Joseph on the internet, where he blames the IRS for high taxes, the Catholic church, marital problems with his wife,  and former Pres. George W. Bush.

According to Austin Media, he his married, divorced once, and has a daughter.

Via KXAN & MSNBC: Joseph Andrew Stack, a software engineer, is being named as a possible pilot of the plane.

11:38pm

Federal Official: The pilot involved set his house on fire and then went to the airport, stole this plane and crashed it into the building intentionally.

11:09am:

Official News conference: 2 persons were taken to hospital. 1 person missing after crash. Debris may be flying off the building because of the ash/smoke, firefighters trying to rescue and clear out the area.

Witness Cynthia Reed on the line with CNN says that the impact looked like a 50 foot fireball from the sky, it was really hard and was felt next door to the building, where she works. She witnessed the entire floor of the building engulfed in flames. Building civilians were yelling and hanging out the windows for help to be rescued.

Updated 10:59am:

VIA CNN – Austin Police confirm that there are two people unaccounted for, but cannot confirm any casualties at this time. This is not terrorist related.

Here’s what we found on the net!!

AUSTIN, TX (myFOXaustin) – A small aircraft plane has crashed into a 7 story office building in North Austin in the 9600 block of Research Blvd. The plane crashed into the building around 10 a.m. Thursday morning. Police have blocked off access roads around the building.

Their was heavy smoke seen coming from the building and firefigthers were working to evacuate the building. No word on injuries just yet.
