Forest Lawn Missionary Baptist Church in association with the Houston Food Bank held a community fair this past weekend. The fair consisted of free food, fun, and prizes for all. A variety of organizations signed community members up for free summer programs. Community members all had the opportunity to be blessed by the Houston Food Bank by signing up and receiving free food at the event. Check out some photos from this great event.

May 5, 2011, Americans came together for the 60th observance of a National Day of Prayer. National Day of Prayer is an annual day of observance held on the first Thursday of May, designated by the United States Congress, when people are asked "to turn to God in prayer.” The Praise 92.1 family visited Missouri City’s, and Houston’s, National Day of Prayer ceremonies. Check out some inspirational pictures from this glorious day of prayer.

Last month’s Avon breast cancer walk was truly a blessing. Hundreds of people came out to support the cause of helping find a cure for breast cancer. Check out some of the photos of the Praise 92.1 Family at the event.

We did it again! Praise 92.1 hosted our 2nd annual Single and Saved Skating Party this past weekend and we had a blast! Check out the recap inside!

You can donate and help Japan residents by donating $10 to the American Red Cross. We raised over 60 Million dollars over the last two years in earthquake and hurricane relief so let's come together for the families of Japan as well.

Halle Berry looked stunning at this year's NAACP Image Awards. The event took place this weekend in LA where Denzel Washington, Willow Smith, Halle Berry and Tyler Perry won big. Halle won an award for her performance in "Frankie And Alice."
