The New Year is here and the resolutions are ramping up.  I think we all have the same resolution on our list and if you are like me, it is to lose fat.  Fat loss is always at the top of my list.  I have been doing well so far since I began in January 2009.  I have stayed on my program and I will continue.  I will share what has worked for me and you can use these tips to get you started in the right direction.  Let’s go on this fat loss mission together and lose the fat for good.  Let’s get thin in 2010!
