“The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.” Romans 8:6

Have you ever noticed how one anxious thought can hijack your whole day? You wake calm, then a single “what‑if” about money, that relationship, or tomorrow’s meeting cuts in, and by noon you’re drained—battles fought entirely in your head.
Paul called that a mind “governed by the flesh”—like trying to grow roses in dry sand. But hand the garden gate to God’s Spirit and everything changes. Lies get uprooted, truth is watered, and peace starts blooming where anxiety once ruled. Same schedule, completely different climate inside.
This isn’t about forcing positivity. It’s about surrender. Each time worry knocks, breathe a simple prayer: “Spirit, tend my mind.” You don’t need perfect thoughts—just a willing heart. Where the Master Gardener pulls weeds and plants truth, life and peace naturally take root, and anxious vines lose their grip.
Today, give Him full access. Watch Him transform wasteland into beauty.
