AV Daily Power Point: Waiting Season
A season of waiting can feel frustrating, uncertain, or even discouraging—but it can also be one of the most powerful times of growth, preparation, and alignment.

Here are some meaningful and practical things you can do while you’re in a season of waiting:
1. Reflect & Realign
Assess your priorities: Are your goals still aligned with your values?
Reflect on lessons: What has this season already taught you? Sometimes waiting itself carries wisdom.
Clarify your vision: Use this time to get really clear on what you’re waiting for—and why.
2. Prepare
Skill up: Learn new skills or improve existing ones that relate to what you’re waiting for (e.g., a job, relationship, move).
Plan proactively: Waiting doesn’t mean inaction. Research, network, and lay groundwork for the next step.
Get organized: Declutter your space, your schedule, or your digital life. Clean slates invite clarity.
3 Stay Present
Practice gratitude: List small things daily. It keeps your spirit grounded and eyes open to blessings now.
Mindfulness or prayer: Center yourself in quiet. Whether spiritual or practical, waiting becomes easier when your mind is still.
Connect with others: Don’t isolate. Often support, inspiration, or even answers come through community.
4 Act in Faith
Take small steps: Even while you wait, move forward. Action builds momentum and helps ease anxiety.
Serve others: Helping others redirects your focus outward and often brings unexpected joy and insight.
Trust the timing: Sometimes, things are shifting behind the scenes in your favor—even if you can’t see it yet.
5 Guard Your Heart
Protect your mindset: Avoid comparison or self-doubt. Your journey is yours.
Journal your thoughts: Writing can help you process your emotions and track growth over time.
Limit distractions: It’s easy to numb yourself with busyness or scrolling. Instead, lean into this season with intention.
