Stellar Award nominated balladeer, Earnest Pugh, is back at #1 with his best-selling “The W.I.N. (Worship In Nassau) Experience” (P-Man Records) CD that features the radio smash, “More of You.” The soul-stirring album debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart a few weeks ago and has remained in the Top 10 ever since. It was #2 last week and bounces back to claim the top spot on the chart this week.
“My team and I have been out here working around the clock and I’m thankful the hard work has paid off,” Pugh says. “I can truly say it was due, in part, to the fact that I have done 3 TBN Appearances and The Word Network. The single is doing really well so all of that is working together to create this boost in sales.”
Recorded live in Nassau, Bahamas in the Grand Ballroom of the Atlantis Hotel, the album commemorates Pugh’s 20-15 Celebration – twenty years in ministry and fifteen years in the music Industry. The project includes the full-length concert that boasted cameos by gospel icon Shirley Caesar, Rance Allen, LeJuene Thompson and the dynamic choir, Vincent Tharpe & Kenosis. The set will also include the studio version of Pugh’s recent Top 40 hit “I Believe You Most” that found the artist collaborating with J. Moss and the PAJAM production team.
