Psalm 103:2-3

Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not ALL his benefits–who forgives ALL

my sins and heals ALL my diseases.

Exodus 15:26

He said, “If you will listen carefully to the voice of your Lord thy God and do

what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and keeping ALL his decrees, then I

righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that

you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to

stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the

sword of the spirit, which is the word of God.

Phillipians 2:12-13

Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence

and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do

what pleases him.

2 Timothy 1:7

For God has not given you a spirit of fear or timidity, but of power, love and self discipline.

Hebrews 10:23

Hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be

trusted to keep his promise.

So, humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you

sinners; purify your hearts for your loyalty is divided between God and the world.

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. Stay alert!

Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion,

looking for someone to devour. Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith.

Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going

through the same kind of suffering you are.
