Just one day after he was released from probation for a 2010 burglary charge, Chad Holley, 18 has been arrested again for burglarizing a home in northwest Harris County. He appeared before the judge Thursday along with three other adult men who he alleged committed the burglary with.

The Harris County Sherrif’s department reports that they received a 911 call around 2pm from an armed neighbor who was watching Holley and three others handing stuff over the fence.

Though the four burglars fled, they were caught just a few blocks away by HPD.

Holley and the other men were charged with burglary of habitation and a bond of $10,000 was given.

Holley became the center of attention from the media after four HPD officers was caught on video beating and stomping him in the face after he was caught fleeing another burglary. A public outcry led by Minister Quanell X made national headlines and  eventually  those four officers were terminated, indicted and charged. One of the four, Andrew Blomberg actually went to trial and was found not guilty.
