A strong line of storms made their way across Houston and surrounding areas area during the weekend.The rain moved in Friday night with on and off again showers in many areas. The downpours continued Saturday, but the heavier rain and thunderstorms arrived Sunday. Reports of lightning on Sunday made for dangerous conditions. Chambers, Polk, Galveston, Liberty, San Jacinto and Trinity Counties were the among some of the areas in southeast Texas that were under a Tornado Watch until 7pm Sunday evening.
