Fog Causes 40 Cars To Pile Up

PORT ARTHUR, Texas—Authorities say multiple people were injured but no one was killed in a mass pileup involving as many as 40 vehicles on a highway near Port Arthur early Thursday.
The pileup happened on Highway 73 near Taylor’s Bayou around 5:30 a.m.
