I really believe the gospel community is finally starting to realize that gospel or inspirational rap is very much needed.
There is a shift going on with the young people and I believe those adults who have resisted the power of rap have begun to recognize that it is one of the best tools to use to reach our youth. Now I am not saying that this is going to replace traditional gospel music in any way but I do believe it will enhance it as both styles work together for the kingdom.
