A simple five ingredient entree for your weeknight dinner.

2 pound Smoked Sausage, sliced into strips and grilled
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large green pepper, thinly sliced
2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 package fajita mix
1 cup water
8 flour tortillas
Optional Garnish: Tomatoes, onion, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese


Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray and add onions and green peppers. Cook until lightly browned. Add grilled smoked sausage strips to pan. Add fajita mix and water to the pan and cook until mixture is hot and remove from heat. Serve with warmed flour tortillas and optional garnishes if you like.     see more
