Rep. Gabrielle Giffords will be moved to Houston Friday to continue her recovery, according to CNN.
According to an email sent by her parents, the injured congresswoman will be moved to Houston to begin aggressive rehab with a team of medical specialists, including military surgeons who specialize in bullet wounds to the head.
CNN obtained a copy of this family email, but said they have not received independent confirmation of Giffords’ release from the Tucson hospital.
