Both Newsweek and Businessweek have stories about how Obama has restored America’s economy. Businessweek’s story is called “Why The Obama Plan Is Working.

Here is an excerpt from Businessweek’s Story:

With seven months to go before midterm elections, and more than two years before Obama reaches his own reelection day, there’s still time for the President’s policies to swing to his political advantage. Again, follow the money: Consumer spending has been rising for five straight months. That may not last, but it suggests Obama is already on the right track with voters’ wallets. If the Clinton Administration is a trustworthy precedent—and job growth continues—their hearts and minds could follow.

Newsweek also had a story on how Obama brought the American economy back called “The Story Of America’s Comeback.” Here is an excerpt.

The last two expansions have been 120 months and 92 months, respectively. If the U.S. continues to adapt as it has, and if it produces a few more game changers like Google and Apple, there’s no reason that the expansion that started in July 2009, against all the odds and predictions, can’t last just as long.
