It’s almost time to really get excited for this year’s upcoming Stellar Gospel Music Awards – the biggest and most beloved gathering of gospel’s greatest talent old and new.
But amongst the surprises and updates for the elegant annual ceremony and taping, for the first time ever, the pre-Stellar Award events are getting more and more shine.
The 26th Annual Stellar Awards Nomination Special has officially been announced and scheduled to air live on the Gospel Music Channel (GMC). The event airs As we draw closer and closer to the upcoming Stellar Awards ceremony this winter, it’s nearing the time to announce the nominees. This year, we’ll all get to experience the nomination show and concert live together! Official details inside now.live on October 23, 2010 at 8:00PM EST from Nashville, TN. In addition, the special evening will include a live concert which we’ll all get to experience whether we’re there or not. This announcement comes as part of the exclusive multi-layered deal that keeps the GMC as the official cable home of the annual Stellar Awards.
But the good news doesn’t end there. The GMC will also premiere “The Stellars Tribute to the Holidays” coming in November and launches the lead to the 26th annual Stellar Awards.
If you didn’t know, the big show takes place on January 15, 2011 at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN. The Stellar Awards will then premiere on GMC on March 6, 2011 at 8:00PM EST.
