- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4-1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp pepper (or to taste)

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
