NBA Star Dwight Howard told the media that he wants to use his NBA career to raise the name of God within the league and throughout the world; however, the 27-year-old athlete’s actions are contradictory of his words
In 2007, the star impregnated an Orlando Magics dancer named Royce Reed. In an attempt to keep the child’s birth a secret, Howard acquired a court order restricting Reed from mentioning his name in the media. Unfortunately for Howard, Reed violated the terms of their agreement, and starred on VH1′s “Basketball Wives” and mentioned him on social media platforms. The athlete won a defamation judgement against Reed and initially sought $550,500,000, per the former lovers’ paternity agreement that stipulated a $500 fine for each time Reed mentioned Howard in public.
