Atlanta, GA (December 13, 2012) – Today, award-winning gospel record artist Isaac Carree announced that he has signed a distribution deal with Central South Distribution, as well as a new management agreement with EJ Gaines of Pathlight Music.

An exceptionally talented vocalist, songwriter and producer, Isaac first gained worldwide acclaim as part of the contemporary gospel ensemble Men of Standard, with which he released five successful albums over a 15-year period and earned two Stellar Awards. In 2011, Isaac made the heartfelt decision to embark upon an individual journey and released his first solo project Uncommon Me in August of that year. The CD debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Gospel Albums chart and spawned the #1 radio single “In the Middle,” which remained at the top of the Gospel Singles chart for eight weeks in a row.

Now, coming off the critical and commercial success of Uncommon Me, including five Stellar Award nominations, and the national tours, the Kings Men (with Kirk Franklin, Israel Houghton, Donnie McClurkin and Marvin Sapp) and Go Get It (with Mary Mary), Isaac is currently in the studio working on his second solo album, to be distributed via Central South.

Of his new distribution relationship, Isaac says, “I’m grateful and very excited about this new partnership with Central South. My goal is to continue building on the firm foundation we have started, and I believe the partnership with CSD will help us achieve that on a larger scale.”

Isaac also intends to expand his professional opportunities and reach a wider audience in 2013, a feat that Vicki Mack Lataillade, Chief Marketing Officer of Central South, doesn’t believe will be difficult.

“Isaac Carree is a ‘triple threat’,” says Lataillade. “He’s someone I have admired since I was introduced to him singing with John P. Kee & New Life. Isaac’s comedic and acting skills, laced with an unparalleled and anointed singing ability makes him ‘The One To Watch’ in 2013.”

Chuck Adams, President of Central South Distribution, is equally enthusiastic and adds, “Isaac Carree is the epitome of the young talent emerging to take center stage in gospel music’s future. His talents have already afforded him a strong fan base within a short period of time, and will ultimately take this rising star to the top of the industry.”

For his yet-to-be-titled sophomore project, Isaac is again enlisting the help of Gerald and Tammi Haddon, who penned his hit single “In the Middle,” and in-demand writer and producer Eric Dawkins, who worked on much of Isaac’s debut album. He’s also working with popular mainstream songwriter/producer Lil’ Ronnie (R. Kelly, T.I.) and Grammy-winning writer Crystal Nicole, who co-wrote Rihanna’s “Only Girl,” among other hits. Isaac’s new album will be released in 2013 on his own record label, Door 6 Entertainment.
