Police have arrested the suspect in the fatal shooting of a man Wednesday morning at World Changers Church International in College Park.

Floyd Palmer, 52, was reportedly arrested at Lenox Mall in Buckhead Wednesday afternoon. He was wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Greg McDowell, 39, at the megachurch founded by televangelist Creflo Dollar. Dollar was not at the church at the time of the shooting, according to police.

Police identified McDowell as a member and volunteer prayer leader at the church.

CNN is reporting a tragic incident on the grounds of College Park, GA pastor Creflo Dollar’s World Changers Church International, which is home to 30,000 members.

According to police spokespersons, at least one man was shot and killed at the suburban Atlanta megachurch inside a chapel. CPR was being performed on the victim, whose identity has yet to be released, upon initial discovery.

According to WSBTV, the gunmen has been identified as Floyd Palmer, 52, as a suspect in the fatal shooting at World Changers Church. Palmer is a former employee and is considered armed and dangerous and is driving a black Subaru station wagon.

Police say that Pastor Creflo Dollar was not at the church during the time of the shooting.
