Jazz Raycole plays Lyric Ballentine, a reverend’s daughter, on the latest show in TV Land‘s “The Soul Man” and believes only God could have made it possible. 24 year old actress says, “I worshipped my way into this role. I honestly think I am where I am because of God.” Raycole has acted in major productions including television series “My Wife and Kids” and popular film “Waiting to Exhale.” Raycole looks forward to her new Christian comedy series and can identify with the role after growing up in her grandmother’s Church of God In Christ church and uncle’s Nondenominational Christian Church.
