Food & Vine, Productions, creators of one of the top 10 Destination Culinary and Wine events in the US and a host of other city-wide culinary events brings back Haute Wheels, THE Food Truck Festival May 12-13, 2012. This 2-day festival features 34 gourmet and fun food trucks, live local music, a vendor village packed, in addition to interactive activities and a whole lot of fun.

The event will benefit the Houston Community College Foundation.

Participating trucks include: Angies Cake, Aracan Kitchen, Bare Bowls Kitchen, Bernie’s Burger Bus, BBQ Done Right, Coreanos, Custom Confections, Chocolat d’arte, Eatsie Boys, Firehouse Tacos, Fork in the Road, Frosted Betty, Happy Endings, Good Dog, Green Seed Vegan, H-town StrEats, It’s a Wrap, Katfish Kitchen, Kicker’s BBQ, Kurbside Eatz, LadyBird, L’es-Car-Go, The Lunch Bag, MMM Cupcake, NOLAS Creole 2 Geaux, No Borders, Oh My Gogi, Phamily Bites, Pi Pizza, Porch Swing Desserts, The Waffle Bus, Stick It, St. John’s Fire, & Zilla Street Eats.

There will also be music performances so foodies can dance while they nosh. On Saturday, Two Star Symphony, Craig Kinsey and Southern Backtones will perform. Visitors will be able to listen to Ancient Cat Society, Wheel Workers, Winter Wallace and Roky Moon and Bolt.
