Police Investigate Several Car Burglaries At Park And Ride Location

Metro police are investigating a series car burglaries at an area Park and Ride location. According to investigators, there have been 26 car break ins, since March 20 at the Park and Ride lot located at Highway 59 near West Bellfort.

Additional reports indicate that Metro police captured some images of a suspect on its security cameras that are monitored remotely. Increased police patrols have been issued as well. Anyone with information about the car break ins is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers. There is a $5,000 Crime Stoppers reward for information leading to an arrest of a suspect or suspects in the case.
