A night club in southeast Houston is facing a lawsuit, accused of negligence in connection with an accident that left one man the inability to walk correctly.
According to the lawsuit, the El Portal Disco is accused of serving alcohol to a 19-year-old club goer. That teen allegedly drank alcohol from the club and then got behind the wheel, crashed into another vehicle and left one man injured.
