I just got the new Donald Lawerence CD it has already encouraged me where I needed it most.
Being an avid lover of Inspirational Hip Hop and Contemporary gospel, there are a couple of Choir influenced artists that I like as well. To that end, I must say that Donald has a talent for taking the word of God and making it practical to everyday life in a way that is full of meat and milk at the same time. If you need to water your faith seed, listen to this song over and over. It starts with a powerful sermonette from Bishop Tudor Bismark, who has been to my church several times and has blessed me each time. This is one CD, that you must add to your collection now! Other stand out cuts include “Spiritual”, an awesome remake of the Chaka Khan classic “Through the fire”, “Second Wind” and a classic Commissioned remake of “Strange Land”.
