Olympic gold medalist Carl Lewis is – as of now – back on the ballot for the Burlington County, NJ state Senate seat under a court order issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Thursday.
According to requirements, eligible candidates are required to have lived in New Jersey for four years.
