Dinner cutlery was used in a gas station robbery attempt in Pennsylvania earlier this week. WPXI.com is reporting that Gino Conti was arrested Tuesday night for trying to hold up a Shell station with a fork.

The Hempfield Township resident reportedly walked into the station and asked for a box of cigarettes. When the clerk returned with his order, Conti allegedly pulled out a fork and demanded money. There was no cash in the register, so Conti grabbed his smokes and ran out of the store. The 31-year-old was located police moments later and arrested for robbery and simple assault.
